VEGETABLE SOUP chicken claw





Ingredients and Seasonings:

250 grams of chicken claw, wash, peel, cut nails, boiled briefly
    250 grams of potatoes, peeled, cut four
    250 grams of cauliflower, cut into pieces
    200 grams of carrots, sliced

    1 leek, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, mashed

HOW TO MAKE

    Clean the chicken claw, peel the skin, cut the nails and then boiled briefly just enough to boil so totally clean then drain.
