Fried Chicken Bacem

Materials and seasonings :

    
1 kg of chicken meat , cut according to taste and then wash , drain
    
1 liter of water
    
2 stalks lemongrass
    
3 bay leaves
    
1 brown sugar
    
2 vertebra galangal
    
1 tablespoon salt
    
1 teaspoon chicken-flavored food seasoning or to taste
    
3 tablespoons soy sauce
    
3 tbsp tamarind water
    
to taste oil for frying




 

puree :

    
6 red onions
    
5 cloves of garlic
    
1 tbsp coriander
HOW TO MAKE :

    
Prepare a pan containing 1 liter of water , put ground spices , salt , seasoning, ginger , brown sugar , bay leaves , lemon grass and tamarind water . Stir well , then cook the chicken enter and bring to a boil .
    
When the cooking water has begun to diminish add the soy sauce , stir gently and cook continuously until cooked . Turn off the heat after the sauce is thick and shrink and absorb seasoning .
    
Fried chicken in hot oil over medium heat , tossing and turning to prevent burning . Fry until half dry or adjusted by taste alone . Remove and drain then ready to be served .
