ingredients :
500 gr chicken meat / chicken fillets , cut into 2 X1 X 0.5 cm
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pc lemon
15-20 pcs satay skewers
Subtle Seasonings :
1 pcs red chili , seeded , boiled
2 pcs chili
5 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
5 pcs pecans, toasted
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Peanut Sauce :
3 tablespoons oil or melted chicken fat
150 peanuts, roasted , peeled , mashed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
150 ml of water
How to Make :
Satay : skewers of each piece and 1 piece of chicken fat with satay puncture . Set aside .
Sauces and Seasonings smear : Heat 2 tablespoons oil , saute ground spices until fragrant . Set aside 2 tablespoons for sprinkling .
Sauce : Add the seasoning that has been sauteed bean smooth and water , cook until thick . Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce . Mix well and remove from the heat .
Spread : Mix 2 tablespoons stir-fry seasoning , 2 tablespoons soy sauce and remaining oil .
Grease satai with herbs spreadable until blended .
Satay grilled over coals or a grill or stove Elektric ( with a teflon pan ) while behind until cooked through . Lift .
Serve hot with sauce and lemon slices .
Complete with sliced red chili and onions if desired
