CRISPY FRIED MISOA WITH FLOUR PANIR





Materials and seasonings :

    
1 packet ( 350 grams ) misoa
    
250 grams of shrimp , chopped
    
2 carrots , diced
    
6 cloves garlic , minced
    
1.5 tsp salt or to taste
    
1 tsp sugar
    
1 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon powder or to taste
    
300 ml of water
    
vegetable oil to taste
Dyes :

    
4 eggs , beaten off
    
100 grams of flour panir / bread flour
HOW TO MAKE
    
Misoa boiled with boiling water to taste and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to prevent sticking for about 1 minute then drain .
    
Heat oil , saute garlic until fragrant . Enter the shrimp , carrots and spices . Pour the water and enter misoa , stir well and cook until no fry . Pour into the pan or rectangular container and chill in the refrigerator approximately half an hour .
    
Then remove and cut into rectangular pieces or to taste . Dip into beaten egg and then dredge in flour panir container . Fry in hot oil until golden brown , remove and drain and serve warm equipped hot sauce or cayenne pepper
