BASIL CHICKEN STIR-FRY




Ingredients and Seasonings:

     3 bay leaves

     2 tbsp oyster sauce
     ½ tsp salt
     ½ tsp pepper
     ½ tsp sugar
     ½ cup water
     cooking oil

     2 cloves of garlic
     2 red onions
     2 pieces of red chili
     1 cm galangal

HOW TO MAKE basil chicken stir-fry:
