TEMPEH NUGHET



material

     200 grams of tempeh, mashed
     2 tablespoons flour
     1 clove garlic, grated
     1 small onion, chopped
     1 egg
     ½ teaspoon pepper
     salt to taste
     2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated (if you want a combination of flavors Cheese)

layers:

     2 chicken egg white, beaten
     100 grams of flour panir rough

HOW TO COOK

     Mix the tempeh fine with all the ingredients and seasonings, stir the batter until smooth. Put into container or flat baking sheet, flatten and then steamed. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool.
     Cut into pieces according to taste. Dip in beaten egg whites and then coat with flour panir. Allow to dry slightly.
