PEPES Bandung Chicken




Ingredients and Seasonings:

     ¾ kg chicken, cut into pieces according to taste
     1 bunch basil, leaves quotation
     800 cc of water to boil
     4 tablespoons vegetable oil
     banana leaves for wrapping

puree:

     2 tbsp coriander
     10 grains hazelnut
     5 cloves of garlic
     ½ teaspoon nutmeg
     2 finger turmeric
     salt and seasoning to taste

Sliced ​​Seasoning:

     3 red onions
     2 pieces of red chilli
     2 stalks lemongrass
     1 leek

HOW TO MAKE spiced chicken curry by:

     Combine spices with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, chicken meat, stir well. Enter slices and basil seasoning, stir until well blended and then wrap with banana leaves.
     Boil water in a pan, put the meat that has been wrapped and cover the pan. Cook until the cooking water is low.
     After the cooking water had started to dry, put 2 tablespoons vegetable oil so that after cooking water dried, wrapped in banana leaves no sticky pan. Remove and serve.
