STIR FIRECRACKERS KIKIL





Materials and seasonings:

     ½ kg kikil
     1 vertebra finger galangal, digeprek
     2 bay leaves
     2 tablespoons soy sauce
     ½ tsp salt
     ¼ tsp pepper powder
     ½ tsp sugar
     ½ teaspoon bouillon powder
     300 ml of water
     1 tbsp cooking oil

Coarse grind:

     3 large red chilies
     15 pieces of red chili
     6 red onions
     3 cloves of garlic

HOW TO MAKE stir firecrackers kikil:

     Rinse and cut into pieces kikil shaped dice. Boil enough water until tender then drain.
     Heat oil, saute coarse grind seasoning, bay leaves and galangal until fragrant. Enter kikil that have been boiled earlier.
     Add salt, broth and pepper powder and mix well. Add soy sauce, stir again and pour water and cook until boiling and slightly soupy. Remove and serve.
