RIBS SOUP





Ingredients and Seasonings:

     500 grams of beef ribs, boiled until tender
     3 carrots, cut into pieces
     1 potato, cut into pieces
     1 leek, thinly sliced
     2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
     4 cloves garlic, minced
     1 tsp pepper powder
     ½ teaspoon nutmeg
     salt to taste
     oil to cooking

HOW TO COOK

     Heat a little oil, cook garlic until yellowish. Add pepper and nutmeg powder, stir and cook briefly. Lift and enter into a stew ribs.
