SAUTEED FISH SALMON

 Materials  :
200 grams of salmon fillet, cut to taste
     75 grams onion, sliced
     3 cloves garlic, sliced
     1 red bell pepper
     100 grams of broccoli
     6 cherry tomatoes, halved
     1 tbsp oyster sauce
     50 ml of water
     1 lemon
     flavoring to taste
     1 tbsp margarine for sauteing
     oil for frying

Spices:

     ½ tsp black pepper
     ½ tsp nutmeg
     ½ tsp salt

HOW TO COOK

     Fish smeared with lemon and some spices and let stand until absorbed. Fried half cooked, remove and drain.
     Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter paprica, give water then enter broccoli stir. Add the remaining spices, add the oyster sauce, tomatoes and seasonings to taste.
     Enter the last fish has been fried, turn off the heat and lift and ready to be served
