SWEET AND SOUR SPICY CALAMARI


Materials and seasonings :

    
600 grams of squid
    
1 onion , sliced ​​to taste
    
2 cloves garlic , finely sliced
    
1 red bell pepper , diced
    
2 cm ginger , thinly sliced
    
1 lemon , squeeze the water
    
4 tablespoons chili sauce
    
1 tablespoon soy sauce
    
1 tbsp oyster sauce
    
½ tsp pepper
    
½ tsp salt
    
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    
1 tablespoon cornstarch , dissolved in a little water
    
2 tablespoons margarine
COOKING
    
Cut the squid rings form or to taste , wash and then boiled with 500 ml of water until cooked about 10 minutes , drain .
    
Saute garlic and onions in margarine until fragrant . Enter ginger and pepper and add a little water or half a small cup about 100 ml . Enter lime juice , chili sauce , soy sauce , oyster sauce , sugar , pepper and salt and mix until boiling .
    
Enter the squid , enter the cornstarch solution and stir well and cook until thickened , remove from heat and serve .
