CHICKEN MEATBALL

Ingredients and Seasonings:

     1 piece of chicken thighs, remove the bones, chopped puree
     1 leek, thinly sliced
     ¼ onion, sliced ​​very thin
     4 red onions, puree
     2 cloves garlic, mashed
     100 grams of bread flour
     1 tbsp corn starch
     1 egg
     salt and pepper to taste
     oil for frying

HOW TO MAKE

     Combine all ingredients in a container with bread flour and corn starch. Stir by hand until blended, do not forget to salt and pepper to taste.
     Shape dough roundly squashed or to taste, fried in oil that has been heated until cooked. Remove, drain and serve immediately.
