Delicious Spinach Omelette


Materials and seasonings:

    
4 chicken eggs, beaten off
    
1 bunch spinach, picking the leaves and wash and drain
    
2 potatoes, peeled, washed and thinly sliced
    
salt and pepper to taste
    
1 onion, diced
    
1 tomato, diced
    
cooking oil or margarine
HOW TO MAKE A VEGETABLE EGG omelets SIMPLE:

    
Heat a little oil or margarine, saute onion until softened and enter potatoes. Next enter the tomatoes, stir and finally enter the vegetable spinach, stir briefly and remove from heat.
    
Enter stir into the beaten eggs, with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
    
Heat the margarine or oil again and fry the dough with a small fire and forth so cooked through, remove from heat and serve.
