MUSHROOM SATAY





Ingredients
300 grams oyster mushrooms , cut into pieces2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon cooking oil20 fruit skewers
Peanut Sauce Ingredients :250 grams of peanut skins , fried3 pieces of curly red chili , braised4 items pecans, fried3 large red chilies , boiled4 tablespoons brown sugar comb1 1/4 teaspoon salt250 ml boiled water
Complement :3 pieces of rice cake , cut into pieces3 tablespoons soy sauce3 pieces of lime1 tablespoon of fried onions for topping
Sauce ( puree ) :12 pieces of red chili , braised
How to make :

    
Peanut sauce , peanut puree , chilli , nutmeg , brown sugar , and salt . Pour water . Cook, stirring frequently until cooked .
    
Prick - prick puncture mushroom in satay . Set aside .
    
Take 150 grams of peanut sauce . Add soy sauce and cooking oil . Stir well . Dip mold in it . Rub until smooth .
    
Burn until half cooked . Sprinkle again . Grilled until cooked .
    
Serve satay with peanut sauce , complement , and sauces .
