SALTED CALAMARI SPICY AND TASTY



Ingredients and Seasonings:

     2 ounces salted squid small
     2 tbsp oyster sauce
     1 tbsp cooking oil
     2 tbsp chilli sauce
     1 tbsp tamarind water
     salt, pepper and sugar to taste
     sufficient water

sliced​​:

     3 red onions
     2 cloves of garlic
     1 leek
     1 tomato
     7 pieces of red chili

HOW TO MAKE

     Soak in hot water and washing salty squid to reduce the salty taste, drain.
     Heat oil, saute sliced ​​spices until fragrant. Insert the oyster sauce, chilli sauce, tamarind water, salt, pepper and sugar. Give enough water and mix well.
     Enter the salty squid, stir and cook until done. Remove and serve.
