SOUR SPICY CATFISH



Materials and seasonings:

     4  catfish
     1 stalk lemongrass, white part, crushed
     3 pieces of lime leaves, torn
     1 bay leaf
     500 ml of water
     1 bunch basil, leaves quotation
     8 pieces of red chili
     2 teaspoons sugar
     salt to taste
     3 tablespoons of cooking oil

puree:

     4 red onions
     4 cloves of garlic
     6 pieces of curly red chili
     3 cm turmeric, roasted, peeled clean

HOW TO COOK

     Catfish that have been cleaned of whiskers, gills and entrails cut in two and then wash and set aside.
     Heat oil, saute ground spices, lemon grass, lime leaves and bay leaves until fragrant. Remove and insert seasoning stir into the water and bring to a boil.
     Once boiling, reduce heat and enter the fish, add the sugar and salt. Cook until fish is cooked. Enter the basil leaves and chili shortly before his appointment. Spicy sour catfish dishes ready to be served.
