1 . Recipe Crab Sauce / Seasoning Sauce Padang Simple :MATERIALS AND HERBS :
3 pieces of fresh crab
4 tablespoons spicy chili sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
75 ml of water
puree :
6 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 cm ginger
1 teaspoon ground red chili
HOW TO MAKE A CRAB SAUCE / TOKYO PRACTICAL sauce :
Cleaned crab legs and discard , then crushed bites.
Crab fried until cooked and dry . Remove and drain .
Saute the spice paste until fragrant , add the chili sauce , tomato sauce , pepper , salt , and water . Stir until boiling .
Enter crab fry , stirring until blended . Cook until the flavors to infuse .

2 crabs eggs / male
5 tablespoons cooking oil

5 tbsp tomato sauce

3 hazelnuts , toasted
2 tablespoons minced red pepper
5 spring onions
3 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of red chili , stir-fry until wilted
1 knuckle of ginger
HOW TO MAKE A CRAB SAUCE / TOKYO COMPLETE sauce :
Clean the crabs and boil until cooked crab . Lift and divide the corresponding side .
Saute the spices in hot oil with onion, bay leaf , and lime leaves until fragrant .
Enter the crab and the remaining ingredients including the beaten eggs and stir well . Cook until sauce thickens and absorbs seasonings . Remove and serve.
