TEMPEH STEAK



Ingredients and Seasonings:

     300 grams of tempeh, steamed 15 minutes, puree
     100 grams of minced chicken meat
     2 cloves garlic, mashed
     ½ onion, finely chopped
     1 leek, thinly sliced
     1 egg
     50 grams of bread flour
     1 teaspoon pepper
     1 tsp salt
     margarine

HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE GOOD STEAK TEMPE:

     Heat margarine, saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Enter the ground beef, cook until meat changes color. Enter the leeks, stirring until wilted. Lift.
     Mix the tempeh, stir the meat and other ingredients, mix well. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, round and flatten.
     Heat margarine in top grill plate. Put the mixture, cook until golden brown, remove from heat and serve
