DELICIOUS TOFU MEATBALL

Ingredients and Seasonings:

     5 pieces bandung tofu
     1 piece of chicken eggs
     1 carrot, shaved
     2 tablespoons flour
     ½ tsp pepper
     ½ tsp salt
     cooking oil

sliced​​:

     3 red onions
     2 cloves of garlic
     1 lee

COOK

     Puree tofu in a container and mix with the eggs until blended. Add salt and pepper, enter the same carrots, sliced ​​seasoning and flour. Mix well and ready to be fried.
     Heat oil, shape the dough with a spoon or to taste and fry over low heat until cooked and browned. Remove and drain and serve with warm white rice and sauce and do not forget to spend.
