Ingredients and Seasonings:
5 pieces bandung tofu
1 piece of chicken eggs
1 carrot, shaved
2 tablespoons flour
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
cooking oil
sliced:
3 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 leek
COOK
Puree tofu in a container and mix with the eggs until blended. Add salt and pepper, enter the same carrots, sliced seasoning and flour. Mix well and ready to be fried.
Heat oil, shape the dough with a spoon or to taste and fry over low heat until cooked and browned. Remove and drain and serve with warm white rice and sauce and do not forget to spend.
