A POTATO EGG STEW


 Ingredients and Seasonings:

    
6 chicken eggs, boiled, peeled
    
6 medium-size potatoes, peeled, cut, cooked fried
    
3 tablespoons soy sauce
    
300 ml coconut milk ½
    
½ tsp salt
    
½ tsp seasoning
    
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Puree:

    
3 pieces of red chilli
    
4 pieces of hazelnut
    
4 red onions
    
3 cloves of garlic
    
½ tsp pepper
    
½ tsp coriander
    
½ tsp nutmeg
    
2 cm galangal
    
1 cm turmeric
HOW TO MAKE

    
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add water and coconut milk and mix well.
    
Enter the potatoes and eggs, mix well. Add salt, flavoring and soy sauce and mix well, adjust the taste. Boil and cook until cooked, remove and serve.
