Ingredients:
100 g green beans, cut into 3 cm
150 g spinach, chopped
100 gr bean sprouts, discard ends
2 large size potatoes, boiled, peeled
2 eggs, boiled, peeled, cut into 2 or 4
200 gr out, cut into pieces
1 cucumber cut to taste
Peanut Sauce:
200 gr peanuts, fried, mashed
250 gr coconut milk
3 lime leaves
1 tsp brown sugar, sliced
2 tbsp tamarind water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Seasonings Fine For Peanut Sauce:
2 pieces of red chilli, seeded
5 pcs red onion
3 pcs garlic
1 tsp salt
How to Make:
Tofu: Soak in salt water, and then fried tofu and set aside
Vegetables: Boil each vegetable separately. Drain.
Especially for spinach and bean sprouts boiled briefly about 1-2 minutes. Drain.
Sauce: Heat oil, saute ground spices with lime leaves until cooked and fragrant.
Pour the coconut milk and then insert a row of brown sugar, salt and acid water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat, add the finely ground beans, cook until sauce thickens.
Add soy sauce and stir well. Lift.
Arrange all ingredients in dishes alone. Pour peanut sauce over it.
