Shredded Chicken Sauteed Green Chili





Ingredients and Seasonings:

     ½ kg of chicken meat
     6 green chilies, sliced ​​
     1.5 tsp salt for sauteing
     1 teaspoon salt to boil
     ½ tsp pepper
     ½ tsp chicken to boil Royco
     ½ tsp Royco for sauteing
     2 bay leaves
     2 segment ginger 
     2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
     2 red onions, thinly sliced
     1 tbsp white sugar
     1 stalk lemongrass
     600 ml of water
     cooking oil to taste

HOW TO MAKE :

     Chicken meat that has been cleaned and then boiled in water with bay leaves, ginger, salt, Royco, sugar and lemongrass until soft. Remove and drain then fry half dry, then shredded-shredded chicken meat.
     Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Enter the green pepper slices, add salt, pepper and Royco, stir well. Give about 4 tablespoons of water and then fill the rest of the shredded boiled chicken meat, stir well and cook until cooked then remove and serve.
