Chicken milk soup with sausage and vegetable






Ingredients and Seasonings:

    200 grams of chicken fillet, diced
    200 grams of beef sausage, cut to taste
    300 grams of carrots, diced
    100 grams of button mushrooms
    
1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper powder
    
1 teaspoon nutmeg
    500 ml milk
    1 leek, chopped
    
1 stalk celery, chopped

HOW TO MAKE

    Boil chicken with 1 liter of water until soft, remove from heat and set aside.
    Heat the chicken broth, put carrots, chunks of sausage, chicken and mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well.
    
Pour liquid milk, onion and celery leaf insert and stir until boiling, remove from heat and serve immediately.
