CHICKEN FRIED BUTTER




Materials and seasonings:

     ½ kg chicken, cut according to taste
     1 tsp salt
     ½ teaspoon pepper
     tamarind water solution
     1 knuckle of ginger, finely chopped
     1 onion
     ½ lemon
     1 tsp soy sauce
     4 tbsp soy sauce english
     3 tablespoons soy sauce
     2 tablespoons chili sauce
     2 tbsp oyster sauce
     ½ teaspoon pepper and salt if necessary
     100 ml of water
     4 tablespoons margarine

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN FRIED BUTTER:

     Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and tamarind water and let stand for 30 minutes. Fry in hot oil until cooked browned, drain.
     Saute onion in margarine until wilted and fragrant. Enter ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, soy sauce english, soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, stir well and let the water.
     Enter fried chicken meat, add pepper and salt if necessary and mix well. Cook until sauce is shrinking and average meat with seasoning. Pick up after being cooked and serve.
