DELICIOUS TEMPEH MENDOAN AND HOT SOY SAUCE

ingredients:

     250 grams of tempeh, sliced ​​thin wide
     50 grams of wheat flour
     10 grams of rice flour
     ½ tsp salt
     ½ seasonings
     1 tbsp coriander powder
     1 tsp garlic finely
     2 leeks, sliced
     200 ml of water
     cooking oil

Sauce Ingredients:

     4 tablespoons soy sauce
     ½ tsp garlic finely
     3 fruit cayenne pepper, chopped
     a little salt

HOW TO MAKE :

     Mix the flour, rice flour and water, stir well. Enter sliced ​​scallions, salt, seasoning, garlic powder and coriander finely and stir well.
     Dip the tempeh slices one by one into the flour batter, fried in hot oil over medium heat until half cooked. Remove and drain.
     Mix and stir all sauce ingredients together and serve still warm tempeh mendoan
