SPECIAL FRIED CHICKEN "KREMES"


Ingredients and Seasonings :

    
½ chickens
    
1 stalk lemongrass , crushed
    
1 bay leaf
    
½ teaspoon sugar
    
400 ml of water
    
salt to taste
    
cooking oil
puree :

    
3 red onions
    
4 cloves of garlic
    
1 ½ teaspoons coriander
    
1 whole pecan
    
1 cm turmeric
    
2 cm ginger
    
3 cm galangal
Materials Kremes ( mix well ) :

    
30 grams of rice flour
    
½ teaspoon corn starch
    
½ teaspoon coriander , roasted , mashed
    
½ teaspoon flavoring
    
50 ml of water
    
salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE :

    
Mix the chicken pieces with spices , bay leaves and lemon grass . Pour water and mix well. Cook over medium heat until boiling . Give sugar and salt to taste , then stir until the sauce ungkep shrink and spices to infuse .
    
Boil a lot of oil . 1 tablespoon of batter fried Kremes to float , flip and fry until golden brown , remove and drain . Do it again the rest of the dough Kremes .
    
Then the fried chicken one by one until cooked and golden brown , remove and drain and serve with a sprinkling kremes.
