CHICKEN MEAT "TONGSENG"




Ingredients and Seasonings:

     250 grams chicken, cut into pieces
     500 ml coconut milk
     4 pieces of red chili, sliced ​​thin oblique
     5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
     3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
     ½ tsp pepper powder
     2 tsp salt
     1 tsp sugar
     4 tbsp soy sauce
     7 leaves of cabbage, cut into pieces
     chunks of tomato
     lime juice
     fried onions for topping
     oil for sauteing

HOW TO MAKE :

     Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the chicken pieces, stir until it changes color.
     Add water to taste, soy sauce, pepper powder, chilli, salt and sugar. Stir and cook until the meat is tender.
     Pour the coconut milk and cook while stirring occasionally until boiling. Enter the cabbage leaves, stir briefly until wilted cabbage and put tomatoes, cook briefly and lift. Serve with lemon juice and a sprinkling of fried onions.
