Pepes Chicken Liver And Gizzard





ingredients :

    
14 pairs of chicken liver and
gizzard , cleaned, boiled briefly , drained and cut into small pieces according to taste
    
1 stalk lemongrass
    
600 ml of water to boil pepes
    
2 bunch basil leaves
    
1 tbsp vegetable oil and taste for sauteing
    
200 ml of water
    
banana leaves for wrapping 

 Sliced ​​Seasoning :

    
7 red onions
    
2 leeks
    
4 pieces of red chili
Spices :

    
3 tbsp coriander
    
½ nutmeg
    
5 cloves of garlic
    
½ ounce hazelnut
    
3 finger turmeric
    
2 tbsp salt
    
½ tsp white sugar
HOW TO MAKE : :

    
Heat oil , saute ground spices until fragrant , add water and mix well. Remove and mix with chunks of gizzard liver , seasoning slices and basil leaves and stir well . Wrap the dough with banana leaves and tie with string or pinned .
    
Boil water in a pan along with lemongrass , spiced package insert and lid . Cook until the water is low and give 1 tablespoon vegetable oil , continue cooking until the water dried . Pick up and ready to be served .
