sauteed spinach and fried tempeh

material:

1 bunch spinach green, cut and clean

1 box of soy tempeh

1 package ready-made seasoning fried tempeh

2 cloves garlic

1 / 2 onion

3 chilies rawait

salt, sugar, pepper powder, flavoring and cooking oil

how to cook:

1. pour the ready-made seasoning fried tempeh into a bowl and add water, cut the tempeh into triangles and then dip the herbs and let stand briefly.

2. prepare the oil for frying and fry tempeh until golden brown, set aside.

3. chopped garlic, onions, cayenne pepper and slice lengthwise and set aside.

4. heat 1 tablespoon oil, saute the chopped ingredients that have been waiting until fragrant, enter the green spinach saute briefly until slightly wilted and then put in some water.

5. insert 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, a little salt pepper and a little flavoring. stir until blended, turn off and the dishes ready to serve.
