boiled potatoes and fried tofu
material:
1 medium potato fruit
2 pieces out of white
1 clove garlic
coriander, salt, pepper, cooking oil
how to cook:
1. peeled potatoes, cleaned and cut into 8 pieces shaped half circle (to taste)
2. boiled potatoes and seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper.
3. split out of white into two parts
4. mashed garlic, salt and coriander. then add a little water, dip the tofu and set aside.
5. heat the cooking oil, fry until browned know.
6. turn off the stove and serve. suitable for women who are special diets.
